Need to return or exchange something you just received? No problem. Please read through our policies below, and of course contact us if you have any questions. While we do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please keep in mind that Magickal Willow Tree Boutique is a small hometown Boutique and may not have the same return and exchange policies that you'll find at big box stores.

Timeline for returns:
You will be eligible for a refund only if the product arrives back to us within 15 days from the day the order was originally delivered to you. If we receive the product back 16-30 days from the day the order was originally delivered to you, you will only be eligible for in-store credit @ www.mwtwellness-Boutique.com. If the return arrives after 30 days from the day the order was originally delivered to you, it will be refused. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Any Item that is in the condition it was when it arrived at your door. unused, un-washed, un-altered, any item that arrives damaged and does not fall into the, what can't be returned category, Must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt for a refund or within 30 days for in-store credit.
What can't be returned:
Items described as "Final Sale" or “Yard Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Merchandise must have all tags attached, and all returns must be sent back in their original packaging.
Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.
If you cannot be reached with your provided contact information within 30 days from when you initially received the item in question to purchase a ship charge to ship the un-returnable item back to you, the item will be destroyed and no refund will be issued. This is very Important. Please do Not try to return Any Worn, Soiled, Altered, or Washed merchandise.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
An even exchange will require the customer to pay for return shipping of the unwanted item, however the item exchanged for will be sent free of shipping charges.

We will issue you a return or exchange # that you must put on the package return label. Any package received without the # issued, will be refused. Also, Please ship with tracking; we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers.
You will be issued a credit memo/invoice stating the amount returned to either your store credit account or back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of us receiving your return. Thank you for your understanding and your patronage.
